John R. Gillman, Vice-President / Operations: Approximately 23 years of earth moving and environmental construction management, heavy equipment operations, field supervisor, hazardous waste site safety officer, labor and equipment scheduling, and wastewater containment and treatment. The last 10 years of employment have been exclusively devoted to the handling of hazardous waste bulking, emergency spill response neutralization / solidification / stabilization of hazardous soils and sludges, manifesting, hazardous waste reclamation, site characterization, field testing and sampling. Special training includes Hazardous Waste/ Material Transportation, 29 CFR 1910.120 Hazardous Waste Operations Certification, Texas Type B Underground Storage Tank License.

Butch Holum, Vice-President / Sales & Marketing:
