Remediation Services, Inc. was contracted to solidify approximately 30,000 tons of oily sludge materials located within an API separator sludge lagoon at this refinery location. RSI was responsible for coordination of mixing approximately 10,000 cubic yards of flyash materials with the oily sludge within the lagoon, solidifying the wastes to pass the paint filter test requirements and loading of approximately 65 truckloads of solidified waste for landfill disposal per day. This project was USPCI's largest single project disposal event in the history of the Lone Mountain facility located near Waynoka, OK.
